Cooler Months (November to February)
This is generally considered the most comfortable season for sightseeing across most of Saudi Arabia, with mild daytime temperatures well-suited to exploring outdoor sites like AlUla and Riyadh’s historic Diriyah district.
Shoulder Seasons (March–April and October)
Warm but generally manageable, with fewer crowds at major attractions than peak winter months.
Summer (May to September)
Inland regions get very hot. If traveling in summer, the Red Sea coast and higher-altitude areas like Abha offer more comfortable conditions.
