1. About SaudiaVisa

SaudiaVisa (saudiavisa.ca) is an independent informational and application-assistance service operated by Bismillah Travels ("we", "us"). We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Government of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or the official Saudi eVisa portal.

2. Our Services

We provide informational content about the Saudi tourist eVisa and, where selected, a paid service to review, prepare, and help submit your visa application. Final approval of any visa application rests solely with the Government of Saudi Arabia.

3. Fees

Our service fees are separate from, and in addition to, any official government visa fee. Government fees are set and collected independently and are outside our control.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

While we take care to prepare accurate applications, we cannot guarantee visa approval, as this decision is made solely by Saudi immigration authorities.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and current, but visa rules, fees, and eligible-country lists can change without notice. Always confirm critical details with the official portal before traveling.

6. Limitation of Liability

SaudiaVisa and Bismillah Travels are not liable for indirect losses arising from visa delays, denials, or changes to government policy.
