Passport & Photo Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned entry date
- At least one blank visa page
- A clear, recent digital photo (passport-style, plain light background, no glasses or headwear except for religious purposes)
Proof of Accommodation & Return Travel
- Hotel booking confirmation or address of your stay in Saudi Arabia
- Return or onward flight itinerary
- Approximate travel dates for your trip
Financial & Insurance Requirements
- A valid debit or credit card to pay the visa fee online
- Mandatory travel health insurance covering your stay (often bundled automatically with the visa fee)
- Sufficient funds to cover your stay, in case requested at the border
Common Rejection Reasons & How to Avoid Them
- Blurry or non-compliant photos — use a plain background and recent image
- Passport details that don’t match exactly — double-check names, numbers, and dates
- Passport expiring too soon — renew before applying if under 6 months validity
- Incomplete travel details — have accommodation and travel dates ready
